Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Do you love me?" "Then feed my sheep." (John 21:17)
The congregation of Hinton Avenue United Methodist Church has been in continual ministry in the Belmont neighborhood for over 100 years. We take seriously Jesus' directive to his followers to "feed" God’s people.
This vision is reflected in Hinton Avenue's administrative structure and its passion. I'm blessed to serve a church that takes seriously its call to pour out its resources and its love of God to the community and the world.
